"Gastronomy Essentials Ltd" is organising three (3) "High Gastronomy" thematic
seminars for professionals in Limassol - Cyprus.
These "High Level Seminars" will focus on training professional chefs and cooks on
"New Culinary Techniques" (2nd level molecular cuisine), "Greek Creative Cuisine and Contemporary Plate Decoration" and
"Decoration for Buffet Methods" used by the leading hotels and restaurants in the world.

Gastronomy Essentials organizes two three-day thematic seminars on "High Gastronomy".
The seminars will focus on the training of professional Chefs and cooks, regarding New Cooking Techniques,
Warm and Cold Cuisine, Modern Dish and Buffet Techniques which are applied at the best restaurants and
hotels all over the world.
To all participants will be given in detail all recipes that will be prepared, as well as a Certificate
for attending the seminar by the respective training body.

With great success was completed the circle of seminars entitled "PROFESSIONAL CULINARY & PASTRY TRAINING ATHENS/GREECE "09",
organized for the first time in our country by the "Hellenic Chef's Association" in collaboration with Mr. Haris Charalambidis,
official representative of international Culinary and Pastry Schools in Greece.
The five (5) topic seminars of High Gastronomy, which lasted for three days, were realized during the time period
October - December 2009, at the premises of the "Hellenic Gastronomy Center",
and aimed at training Chefs and Pastry-cooks upon New Techniques, Set-up of Modern Dishes and Desserts,
Buffet and Cold Kitchen Techniques.
