through dozens of traditional delicacies recipes.
The signing of Charalambos Georgiou, Culinary Arts teacher and author of this book, ensured the success of the
movement, since resulted the "Greek Meze" to be translated in English, to "travel" and to spread the tasty
traditions of our country and abroad.
Besides, Mr Georgiou throughout his professional course, is known to promote Greek cuisine at the
international level, through his work and articles in Greek and French magazines.
