Worlds Premier Competition to the art of Chocolate

During its 7 year star studded history, the competition has developed its own unique personality built around the exciting principle of the most challenging individual chocolate competition.

The 2010-11 edition theme is "Quetzalcoatl's Gift", which asks participants to find inspiration in the mysterious and supernational origins of Cocoa in the rainforests of South America.

In national selections, which take place in 20 countries and in all corners of the world from April 2010 to August 2011, participants compete to produce the most outstanding chocolate creations including chocolate showpieces, pralines, pastry and a gastronomic dessert.

National Winners are then invited to an inspiring three day World Final which, viewed by a live audience and covered by the worlds news media and trade press, will next take place at the Salon De Chocolate Professional in Paris during October 2011.

The winner of the final receives the ultimate accolade of World Chocolate Master.
