At the heart of the Swedish capital, Tommy Myllymaki made the difference among 19
other participants, full of determination and with one goal only:
the Grand Final in Lyon, next January 2015!
After 5 hours and 35 minutes of breathtaking test, surrounded by a crowd of
crazy supporters from all around Europe and with the honorary presence of
the HRM Prince Carl Philip of Sweden himself, this is team Sweden that has
finally reached the highest step of the podium!
This couldn't be ending another way better for the host country of this 2014 edition of the Bocuse d'Or Europe!
Denmark (Kenneth Hansen) and Norway (Orjan Johannessen) fill up the podium ending respectively 2nd and 3rd.
Congratulation to two of them as well!

SPECIAL PRIZES
The special Fish Prize was awarded to Nicolas Davouze, restaurant Chateau Saint-Martin & Spa, representing France.
The special Meat Prize was awarded to Matti Jamsen, restaurant G.W. Sundmans, representing Finland.
The prize for the Best Commis, was awarded to Valeria Sidorova, for her excellent performance alongside Igor Sus, representing Russia.
