Seminars - High Gastronomy
Gastronomy Essentials organizes two three-day thematic seminars on "High Gastronomy".
The seminars will focus on the training of professional Chefs and cooks, regarding New Cooking Techniques,
Warm and Cold Cuisine, Modern Dish and Buffet Techniques which are applied at the best restaurants and
hotels all over the world.
To all participants will be given in detail all recipes that will be prepared, as well as a Certificate
for attending the seminar by the respective training body.
Two three-day seminars of high Gastronomy will be held in Limassol / Cyprus on February 2011.

"Molecular Cuisine Seminar"
February 15th -17th 2011
Chef: Alain Devahive Tolosa
Duration of the Seminar: 3 days - 9.00-14.30
Invited person: The Spanish Chef Alain Devahive Tolosa, who has been a member for more than 10 years of
the Research team of the world famous Spanish Chef Ferran Adria, at the No 1. restaurant in the world
"El Bulli" (3 Michelin stars), and a "Demonstration Chef" of the I.C.C company
(International Cooking Concepts).
He will demonstrate tapas, morphs & snacks, the use of Texturas as well as all new technology machinery
such as Paco Jet, Vacuum, Roner, Gastrovac, Croquanter, etc.

Invited person: The Executive Chef Timothy Briggs coming from the training team of
the top Chef in the globe, Alain Ducasse (ADF - Alain Ducasse Formation), will present a
top seminar for all five-star and luxury hotels and restaurants of the Tourist Industry.
