Five weeks of specialized modules teach core aspects of pastry arts with emphasis on skills-building for restaurant pastry. Acquire and apply innovative techniques for baking & decorating.

Small group settings provide personalized, accelerated training & informal discussion with expert Chef Instructors and peers.
