Le Cordon Bleu London, will demonstrate a 3-day "High-level" training for professional Chefs, cooks and F&B Managers, within November (19-21/11), with theme: "WARM & COLD BUFFET FOR LUXURY & RESORT HOTELS".

Chef Reginald Ioos

Demonstrator of this program, will be Chef Reginald Ioos, who was at the 2** Michelin-star restaurant at the 5***** five-star Radisson Hotel in Brussels.

He became a Head Chef Lecturer in 2008 and a Private Chef, as a former member of the French government, who has been cooking, for a number of French ministers.

Chef Ioos joined Le Cordon Bleu’s team of Teaching Chefs in 2013.
