26-28 November 2014 with theme: "ALL ABOUT CHOCOLATE".
Outline Program
Pastry Chef Dimitris Chronopoulos will demonstrate "Chocolate Techniques" to prepare interesting
A la carte desserts, Pastry shop items, Mignardise, Buffet Style desserts and many more all from Chocolate.
As "Valrhona" demonstrator for Greece & Kuwait, his love for Chocolate is justified.

Demonstrator of this program will be Pastry Chef Dimitris Chronopoulos, who is an
official demonstrator of "Valrhona" for Greece & Kuwait.
As has been working in some Michelin-star restaurants such as 'LE DEVELEC" in Paris/France (1*),
"ALAIN PARODI" in Boulbon/France (1*), "VAROULKO" in Athens/Greece (1*),
SPONDI in Athens/Greece (2*), VARDIS in Athens/Greece (1*),
his consultings include mostly Pastry Shops.
