French Pastry Chef Emmanuel Hamon will visit
Athens - Greece on 23rd - 25th September for a 3-day Master
Class training program on 'Modern French Patisserie'.
A few words about the Chef
Emmanuel, is since 2013 the Fino de Aroma Master Chocolatier for the CasaLuker chocolate,
South America's biggest brand of cocoa product base in Colombia.
As he is the owner of a Pastry shop in Brest-France, in 2003 he established the range of caramels
under the name P'tit Zef. Thanks to this invention, he receives a diploma of honor
from the brotherhood of the Marmite d'or.
His caramels are sold throughout France and abroad, including New York and Osaka.
Today, he is a pastry chef, chocolatier, recognized by the public and appreciated for its creativity and modernity
PROGRAM OUTLINE
Participants of this unique 3-day Master Class program, will have the opportunity to learn specialized techniques and
ideas for the production process with a variety of all types of Desserts such as Modern cakes,
Chocolate bon-bon, Restaurant desserts and interesting decorating techniques with Chocolate.
Program language: English with Greek translation
Program duration: 3 days – 7h/day (21h total)
Timetable: 10.00 p.m – 17.00 a.m
Place: Athens – Patision 125 – 7th floor – IEK AKMI – Demonstration Kitchen
