A unique two-day Pastry program from Ecole Ritz Escoffier Paris,
will take place in Athens on 10th and 11th of May,
in Athens-Greece
(Venue Odos Kassandras - Votanikos area).
After three years of renovation, Ritz Paris Hotel and
Ecole Ritz Escoffier, will reopen its doors, in June 2016.
Before the reopening, they will visit Athens for a unique Pastry demonstration.
Pastry Chef Christophe Messina, will demonstrate a program which
aims to connect the tradition, with Pastry Evolution of today.
The two-day training program will include.
First day - Tuesday 10th May 2016
Classic pastry recipes of the great French Chef Auguste Escoffier, which were engraved in the map, of culinary history.
Second day - Wednesday 11th May 2016
Recipes with the latest Pastry techniques, currently used worldwide.
There will be tasting in all recipes. Participants will receive a Certificate from the Ritz-Escoffier, along with the Note booklet of the two-day program.

Hours: 10.00 a.m. - 16.00 p.m. daily
