A 3day training program from Alain Ducasse Education of the most well known
Chef Alain Ducasse, will take place in Athens for Chefs & cooks
on 10-12 February 2015.
Program is concentrated in the new wave globally today which
is Street Food, presented under the philosophy and techniques of
the French Chef.
Street Food today is considered as a "big industry" in the food section as all countries
have their own Street Food.
Chef Xavier BURIOT
Meet the Chef who will visit Athens on 10-12 February 2015, for a unique 3-day training program in New Trends today,
such as "Modern Finger Food" & "Street Food".
Xavier spent his early career in various Michelin starred establishments around France.
Having worked alongside Gerard Boyer, Alain Senderens, Michel Rostang and Guy Savoy, he joined the
Grand Hotel Intercontinental in Paris and the Mιridien Hotel in Noumιa.
In 2008, he became Director of Food & Beverages for "Au Pain Quotidien" establishments.
He joined the Alain Ducasse Education team at the end of 2011 as a Chef Instructor and Consultant.
